Hi Chris,

Thankyou for the apology and please don't think I was ignoring it. I am 
only just replying because I was doing the lawn and have just come in.

As to the escape characters in the subject, I can thank my husband for 
the quick whip up he did of the mail form. For some reason when I use 
quotes or an apostrophe it throws in an escape.  That will  be rectified 
today.
