shall we go for this then? Hopefully more people will be available in
Jan, plus we will have plenty of space for computers and stuff.

So, the BBQ is now postponed until Jan. I'll send an email out after
Christmas about the event - Daniel shall we discuss it then? Or will we
need to book the location far in advance?
