Hello listers,

I have renewed my subscription as I have just installed Mandrake 10.1, 
dual boot with WinXP.  I want to try download a modem driver for my 
winmodem and need details of the kernel.  Could someone please tell me 
what the command in a terminal for this, or is there another way to find 
out?
I think it's 2.6.8, but the drivers have a couple of extra numbers in 
them - updates I guess.
