What I believe it means is that for us to get to citylink we have to go
through austrlaia?

It'll only cost them the equivalent of a local business call unless you're 
calling from out of town, so not likely to break their bank.

Why have they done this, does this mean there is no way to reach those 
sites as a telstra customer, does this mean citylink is no longer connected 
to the wide world?
