If I come up with a form letter, how many people will send it? I do
know formal letter writing, so it may have some impact. And of course,
there's nothing like hundreds of letters turning up to the head of
residential sales.
I purchased the service on the basis that I would be able to do
certain things. I can't I'm pissed off.
