Why bother? The hundreds (possibly thousands) of complaints against 
Telecom and its pricing, lack of high-speed offerings etc. came to 
nothing and I expect this will be met with the same reaction.
Welcome to the duopoly that is telecommunications in New Zealand, I 
seriously doubt that there is anything that anyone can do about it.
