There own terms and conditions state
11.9 We may change our charges from time to time. We will provide you
with at least 10 days notice of any changes by writing to you at your
paradise.net email address (or to such other address as may be agreed by
us).
I certainly didn't get any notice that my national traffic charges were
about to be reclasiified at international!
