Agreed.

Managers like to be able to pick up the telephone and hold somebody else
responsible when something goes wrong.

RedHat is providing support to those sorts of businesses - and by all
indications is doing very well at it.

Personally, I say good luck to RedHat. I just hope that Linux can hold
its own above the rabble of commerce.
