I guess thats one way to put it, not the exact words I would choose but 
it certainly sums it up.

Perhaps the only way to get the list to be "correct" is to have it fully 
moderated so that only those posts which are "completely, totally and 
utterly Linux related" are allowed to make their way into the light of day.
