Mate - I appreciated the 'change of scenery', so don't sweat it.

It's true that RMS provides intelligent representation for (and is prepared to
expound upon) many ideals that I hold close to my heart.  The World would be a
sad place indeed without people prepared to counter those that are busy trying
to erode our liberties (cultural, scientfic, civil).

But that doesn't mean your points are any the less valid!

I haven't met the man myself, but it strikes me that RMS is the kind of bloke
that would probably be amongst the first to laugh at a jibe made at his expense.

It's those that wouldn't that I worry about.
