[wellylug] Burning ISO file - Newbie

Hi,
I have just received a copy of Mepis 3.3.  A friend wants a copy (I
believe this is freeware.)

Because it is an .ISO file, how can I burn a copy without it trying to
install on my WinXP PC? (I have Nero.)
