Tell Nero to burn it as a "cd image", *not* as a data cd or music cd.
It should ask you to select the cd image file(the .ISO file) and then you can 
burn it.
Back in the version of Nero I had it required you to first hit other/more or 
something like that in the wizard before it'd mention the option to burn the cd 
image.
