You mean portage?

Handles dependencies with no problem, easy to use (emerge search app,
emerge list of apps, etc), allows you to set compile time options with
USE flags, can run a mixed stable/unstable system easily
(/etc/portage/package.keywords), can unmask packages that have been
masked on a per package basis, blah blah blah.

I like it. That's good enough for me :P
