[wellylug] CCUX install stops at "vesafb"

I've downloaded and burnt the latest CCux ver 0.9.7.1 for you to have
one last try :-)
It will be interesting to see if this one works for you. I verified
the written data and tested it as far as the main setup screen and
everything looks OK (at least on my hardware). If anyone else would
like to try this let me know and I'll burn another copy.
