[wellylug] Will Samba work as a web server?

I need some plain simple answers to get moving in the right direction.
At present, I'm considering whether/how to set up my Ubuntu Linux system
to host my website (modecideas.com).

So first, will SMB do that?
If not, what else should I look at?
If yes, where is the place to start?
Note: I have already settled on a server IP address, but need to
progress from there.

Any comments?
