[wellylug] Apache as a proxy for Outpuke's web-interface

We (NZ Symphony Orchestra) use Squirrelmail for exactly this. SM sits on
apache webserver on our DMZ, talks to Exchange 2000 on an "internal"
network, connected through a linux firewall.

The clever people who set all this up for us lurk on his list on occasion...
