[wellylug] OT: Handling OT posts

As replies (including flames) to off topic (OT) posts just add more noise, 
could we all agree to reply directly to the OT poster rather than the list?

If others agree, perhaps this could be added to the Administrivia: Wellylug 
Monthly Posting under Mailing list Guidelines.

(On the occasions that I indulges in OT posts I usually request people 
reply directly to me anyway)

(It will be interesting to see the ratio of replies on-list vs 
direct-replies to this post ;-)
