[wellylug] New WellyLUG server operational

I finally took possesion of the ML370g3 that Geraint Jones offered back in 
March and now have the WellyLUG website running on a virtual Debian Xen box 
on that machine. (I've retired my old server and found another use for 
Michael Dittmer's earlier donation).

On behalf of WellyLUG (who ever that is ;-), Thanks Geraint :-)

So with an upgraded cable connection (2Mbit) and a much faster machine we 
should be getting good, consistant, response times from it.  Let me know it 
there are any problems.

I've also moved the WellyLug buy/sell/trade mailing list onto that virtual 
machine.  So let me know if there's any problems with that too.

There's a bit of spare capacity now, we have enough storage for a small 
Linux repository but my datacap would get used up rather quickly if we used 
it for that (and with Telstra charging the same for local traffic as 
international traffic you might as well get them direct)

Any other suggestions for projects etc we could host?
