Yes, I wasn't sure whether the OP was asking as a typical user or if they
had encountered something unusual. He did mention he had no Internet
access but then he mentioned trying to download from a repository...
I wasn't suggesting that was the typical procedure for a typical
situation. I was suggesting that it was the typical procedure for manually
installing a .deb file. I guess my thinking was already coloured by the
first response from Andrej which gave a way to locate the relevant debs.
