Use the package manager. It's called Synaptic. Open Synaptic, select
Edit, Add CD Rom and try the search again. It's on the CD Rom.
Though why anyone would want to slow down a computer by loading emacs,
I'm not sure. The name even means "Emacs Makes A Computer Slower".
