most of the above.

In a month or two, once the meeting are running well, I'll be looking at
getting people to help me distribute wellylug propaganda to different
places (eg community centers, local shops, microsoft nz
headquarters ;-)  ) advertising wellylug to the general public.

That falls under advocacy I guess.
