This would depend on whether Jethro actually wants to expire or revoke his
current gpg key and generate a new one or just change his primary email address
(it's not entirely clear in his first post).

Jethro, if you're happy to continue using your current gpg key but wish to
change your email addresses, then run:

gpg --edit-key <keyid>

(where keyid is your 8 digit hex number.  All other commands listed with 'help'
at the new prompt)

You can simply add your new email address to the existing key, set it primary
and then remove the old one if you wish.  All the other relationships remain intact.
