Cheers Ewen, and to all that offered suggestions.  I shall definitely RTFM
before wading in.  Record temps here in UK (over 100deg f) have precipitated a
remote thermal monitoring requirement for my home server.  Given the difference
in climates currently, perhaps it would be prudent to relocate the server to
Wellington?! :)
