If it's screened at a Wellylug meeting, I'm not sure it's a public screening.

Is it?  Not, "uh, maybe", or "I think so" - what we think doesn't matter 
(intending no disrespect - it just isn't relevant).

but IS it public at a Wellylug meeting?  Do we have a lawyer we can ask?
