[wellylug] Important: Rule Breaking Process

Personally, I think we need a wellylug_free list, where anything goes - 
post your commercial spam, your porn, your silly jokes,  your sinful 
top-posted messages,  whatever.

Then there would be no fights over the rules, because there would be no 
rules to violate. If it all breaks down and theres tears and whining, 
well, you can always go back to the well regulated wellylug list.
