I would be very careful unless you can see it running.

I bought a Shuttle from ChCh off trademe and when I plugged it in the
power supply went bang.  After getting a replacement power supply and
plugging everything in again the fans go, the video card gets warm the
hard disks warm up, but not much else happens :-(

The seller says it was working perfectly when he sent it.
