OK,  I think the port for RDP, which I assume is the same for gnomerdp is
port 3389


Your router will have allocated each machine on your network, a leased ip
address, which, provided the machines are not off for longer than the
lease period, will probally not change.

You will need to login to your router, as the administrator (router's
internal ip address (maybe  10.1.1.1), default password is usually admin
admin, if you have not set one.  Then look for port forwarding and setup a
port forward to 10.1.1.4, port 3389
