Is the problem that you want that window to display on both 
screens?  Otherwise just set up a dual-headed system (someone else posted 
helpful links) and drag the window across and set it to display full screen.
Or is the problem to get it to automatically open up fullsize on the 
correct screen?
Or is the problem that the SDL rendering doesn't work on the second video card?
