As also mentioned earlier by someone (might even have been me) it 
certainly doesn't have 100% coverage of the Wellington region.

The NZ broadband situation, to be frank, sucks big time. There's no 
getting around that fact. Anyone who comes here from a more 
technologically advanced country is going to be very disappointed. Don't 
get your hopes up.
