If you have/know someone with an account with Dove, you can get some
really cheap PC kits for under $400. (ie: you gets all the parts & need
to put them together).
Or find some friends who also want to get a colo box, divide the cost of
a rackmount server amongst you all, and runs a VM for each person. :-)
