I am interested but would have difficulty at this stage being the lead. 
I don't use OOo full time yet. By lesson plan, I would take the approach 
that they would want from Writer to

Install
Open
Configure
Open New Document
Write
Edit
Save
Open Existing Document
Print

If we focused on what the newbie will want to be able to do, it will 
guide what they are introduced to.  I think it is ambitious to teach 
from the beginning in such a short time.  But if they are transitioning 
from MS Office, it would be workable.Maybe it could focus on Writer and 
only introduce the other modules?
