HP was. I had to burn the recovery disks myself - after going through
all the stuff that customises it to me. So the next owner won't get a
pristine copy, they'll get one with my name all over it. I like the
second disk idea myself, but that's a lot more dosh. Also, if I wanted
to use the spare disk for claiming on the warranty (to prove that the
fault exists in Windows) I'd still have to go through all the
customisation.
