[wellylug] video card choice

As I mentioned this is at least usable in that 2D is working fully and a 
lot of 3D functionality is at least runnable (although they do seem to 
be having issues with 8800 series cards).  It is in the stage where 
linux distros are looking to have it included in the ~6 month timeframe.
