Although, having done that, I couldn't find anything.  Hmm.

I did once use Woosh under linux (it's all coming back to me now :-) )
and I downloaded the Roaring Penguin PPPoE client.  But maybe you
don't need to do that with recent linuxes.  Just make sure you get the
ethernet cable and not the USB one. (although the WLUG site has
instructions for USB too)
