[wellylug] Ubuntu Evolution Problem

Jethro,
The only thing I have to add to your post is that there's another way
around... Why not edit ld.so.conf? I see that debian/ubuntu is a bit
different today than they were a while back, but why not just add
/usr/lib/firefox to /etc/ld.so.conf.d/i486-linux-gnu and run ldconfig?
That's a bit of a hack, but a more permanent way to do it, and
firefox will be able to run again afterward without having to keep a
term window open...
Or is it a bit different than that these days? It's been a while
since I've mucked with ld.so.conf...
