Even if you don't need it.  I don't think you can get TelstraClear cable
with out the phone line (of course you don't have to use it).

I think that another cable provider ACS online that can provide the cable
internet without the bundled phone (they use the TelstraClear cable,
selling a rebranded service - but don't quote me on that)
