so you use WXC for voice calls, but you still need a dial-tone through 
telecom?

while we're talking about DSL, what modems are recommended? or recommended 
to avoid?

and with the WXC service, do they provide a VOIP ATA? if not... which ones 
are are recommended? or recommended to avoid?
