Just type the FTP url into the address bar in Nautilus. Go Places -> 
Home and press Ctrl-L to get the location bar (or press the button to 
toggle it always on) and type e.g.

ftp://username:password@ftp.myserver.com/path/to/wherever/

Then bookmark it
