[wellylug] php and new Daylight Savings Time

hi Nic,
Did you ever find a fix for this other than upgrading PHP?
My CentOS 5 servers handled the start of daylight savings okay, but PHP
is now reporting time as being 1 hour behind (basically has honoured the
old daylight savings date of 16th March.).
System time is correct, the problem is PHP-specific.
