[wellylug] DSL router: bridge-mode, NAT, etc

i'm using DD-WRT as my "main" router at home and i'd like my DSL 
modem/router to act as (just) a bridge.

unfortunately, it seems that DD-WRT doesn't support PPPoA and my modem 
doesn't support half-bridge mode. i like DD-WRT and couldn't care less 
about the modem i'm using, it's time for a different modem.

FTMP everything is fine, but it seems that the dual NAT in this setup is 
breaking VOIP.

so, does anyone have recommendations for a DSL modem that will do what i 
need?
