That all depends on your requirements. Fortunately, Linux caters for
both people who like to get the newest features as well as those who
prefer feature stability.

Personally, I like to remain with the stable release and only upgrade
when needed. I find that there are very few changes I ever want to
upgrade for, usually the only reason I upgrade is to gain new hardware
support or because I need an OS version with a longer security support
life.
