Naturally I'll plug my own program. ;-)
For your accounting requirements, the Amberdms Billing System would be
ideal.
It has sample code included for creating a Paypal page as well as a SOAP
API to make it easy to link to any kind of website you decide to create.
It's also designed for regular service billing which will make member
subscription invoicing easy.
Unfortunately, the Amberdms Billing System isn't really designed for a
membership system - it can certainly track customers, and basic address
information but it's not flexible enough to allow you add your own
fields.
However, having said that:
1. There is a journal for each customer where you can attach notes and
files with extra information. No limits what you can add in here, but
you can't generate reports or do queries against it.
2. If you can supply me with a lot sugar + caffine to allow me to pull
an all-nighter, I can work on adding in support for custom fields to
meet your requirements. ;-)
regards,
jethro
