Hi everyone,
not that this is quite relevant for this discussion, but for those of us
that want to view Freeview HD in this way (ie from a separate box opposed to
a built in tuner), you can get a network device called an HD Homerun, which
seamlessly streams live HD video (with 2 tuners) to any computer you want to
record it to. I know that streaming and recording works on most media
software on GNU/Linux but I'm not certain about MythTV but I'm sure that
somebody has worked that out.
