Hi Peter,

I second that,

Talks by Linux gurus are often way over the head of other members, and while it can be interesting to hear what esoteric things others are doing, in their specialist areas, it is also good to be reminded that the vast majority of computer users and potential or new Linux users want to email, surf the net, read/write Word docs, manage their music & photos & basically do what they did on Windows.

Presentations from & discussions led by casual users instead of technical devotees make a hopefully refreshing dose of reality :-) It also gives others who are perhaps afraid of not appearing to be a technical expert the chance to feel more at home instead of left out.

I say go ahead & present!

Cheers,

  Brent
