[wellylug] any recommendations for web based helpdesk software?

The usual suspects for this sort of thing are RT and OTRS.  I've used the 
latter, it's essentially an email front-end accessed by the web, which 
allows job queuing, assignment, tracking and such.  If you spend the time 
setting it up, it can be very powerful.  Not sure if it qualifies as a 
fully fledged helpdesk package but i'm sure it'd be close.
