[wellylug] problem registering an Open Office 'address data source'

I am using OOo3.0 under Ubuntu 9.04 and am needing to register a calc 
spreadsheet as a mail merge datasource.  The documentation I have says 
to do this using File > Wizard > Address Data Source, however I do not 
have an 'Address Data Source' item in the Wizard menu.  Where do I go to 
get this menu item, or does anybody know of an alternative way of 
setting up a mail merge?
