[wellylug] laptop RAM swap?

i've got two sticks of DDR3-8500 2GB laptop RAM.

i'd like to swap one of them for a stick of DDR2 2GB laptop RAM, or both 
of them for a stick of DDR2 4GB laptop RAM. i'm looking for DDR2-667 or 
faster.
