That's for sure! ;)  Their service is Bad (but I've had worse too!)

I thoroughly recommend looking a the smaller ISP's, as they tend to
value every customer they have and do their utmost to be helpful and
actually communicate with their Customers.

I use Maxnet and have received outstanding service from them.  

(Although I intend to move from them soon as they signed up to the DIA's
"kiddie p*rn" filter without communicating that to their clients, and I
object to Govt run 'net filters of any kind).
