I don't know.  I didn't look at the web site closely that Phil pointed to.

However*eHost are not a good choice of provider for John* for a number 
of reasons from what I can see:

1.  They don't appear to be a full service provider, but are in fact a 
self service provider.
2.  They aren't based in our time zone.
3.  They don't configure dns/whois correctly.

My observation is that John doesn't yet understand all the concepts of 
web hosting, so should be using a full service provider until he gets 
the concepts.  Once he understands those he should then migrate to a 
self service provider and reduce his costs.  Personally that's what I've 
tried to do over the years, though I accept even that can be hard, and 
almost impossible when you're on a very limited budget.

Again, I have suggested that*John present his questions in the 
Whrilpool.net.au forum* which is more aligned to his requirements, so as 
not to further distress members of this list.
