[wellylug] Who is interested in rekindling WellyLUG?

I'm keen for it.

Actually I think it's more important now then ever to establish 
meatspace meetings for building rapport and collaboration.  I find that 
face2face is a better forum for developing ideas and helping each other 
and conveying information.

We have a big bonus in that wifi & mobile data is so common, that 
internet connectivity is no longer the impediment it used to be.

PPP and http just don't quite convey the finer points of communication 
like gestures, tone of voice and expression well enough.  And beer just 
doesn't transmit...

So yes, beer would be a good draw card.
